Free Tasting Box :

A free tasting box can be collected from my premises to help you choose the flavours for your croquembouche, classic cake, macarons. (only by appointement 087 77 54 135).

I would be pleased to personalised your wedding cake so show me pictures, colours material for me to match your wedding theme.

Classic Cakes :

I am open to suggestions, of course you can pick a different flavour for each tier. I bake with only the best ingredients, Belgian Chocolate, Real vanilla pods, only butter and my own almond paste, of course I use recipies inspired by my michelin star experience.

Croquembouche flavoured with :

Vanilla, Pear, Praline, Chocolate, Coffee, you can choose profiteroles with different flavours for your croquembouche.

Of course the size will depend of the time of service, number of people for the afters, choice of cake and of course personal preferences but this is a guideline :

Delivery and Set up on the day:

Delivery and setting up of your cake at the wedding reception is available and recommended due to the fragile nature of wedding cakes.

I will decorate the table for you and make sure that your cake looks impecable. This service is limited to 1,5 hour drive from my premises. The cost varies from free to 50€ maximum depending on the location of the venue.

Hygiene :

All my work is recorded and monitored by an H.A.C.C.P system to guarantee good hygiene.

Booking :

A deposit of €100 is required for each booking.
