Croquembouches are the traditional French Wedding cakes.
Croquembouches are made of profiteroles filled with Creme Patissiere and coated with caramelised sugar Giving it a crunchy outside and creamy inside. A choice of flavours is available for the Creme Patissiere: Chocolate, Vanilla, Rum, Pear, Praline and Coffee. For example a Croquembouche can be made with half of the profiteroles filled with chocolate Creme patissiere and the other half with coffee or you can have a mix of all flavours, it is up to your taste and the free tasting box will help you choose.
Croquembouches are delivered and installed by myself at your wedding reception on the day.
