Croquembouches are made of profiteroles filled with Creme Patissiere and coated with caramelised sugar, giving it a crunchy outside and creamy inside. A choice of flavours is available for the Creme Patissiere: Chocolate, Vanilla, Rum, Pear, Pistachio, Praline, Coffee. For example a Croquembouche can be made with half of the profiteroles filled with chocolate Creme patissiere and the other half with coffee or you can have a mix of all flavours, it is up to your taste and the free tasting box will help you choose.
