Classic cakes are iced with fondant, they are very sculptural, technical and artistic. I divided them in three categories from simple and elegant designs to masterpieces.
What is a Croquembouche?
Croquembouches are the traditional french wedding cakes, they are made of profiteroles filled with creme patissiere and glazed with caramel.

Vanilla, Pear, Praline, Chocolate, Coffee, Pistachio, you can choose profiteroles with different flavours for your croquembouche.
If fondant cakes are certainly scultural, Buttercream cakes are definitely more mouthwatering. I do a Swiss meringue buttercream for smoothness and decorate with fresh fruits, flowers and macarons. To make it easy and fresh, I deliver and set up two hours before the wedding dinner.
Macarons have a smooth, domed crunchy top, they are garnished in the middle and easily melt in the mouth. Lots of colours are available and the choice of flavour is endless, vanilla and white chocolate, dark chocolate and praline, baileys and caramel, soft salted toffee, coffee, lavender, rose, pistachio, raspberry, strawberry, passion fruit...
