What is Croquembouche?
Croquembouches are the traditional french wedding cakes, they are made of profiteroles filled with creme patissiere and glazed with caramel.
Croquembouche's delicious flavours:
Vanilla, Pear, Praline, Chocolate, Coffee, Pistachio, you can choose profiteroles with different flavours for your croquembouche.

What are Macarons?
Macarons have a smooth, domed crunchy top, they are garnished in the middle and easily melt in the mouth. Macarons can be coloured, they are very decorative and original for Wedding Cakes.
A brilliant gluten free option!
Lots of colours are available to match your wedding theme, You can also pick different fillings for the macarons like Vanilla pod and White Chocolate, Chocolate and Praline, Baileys and Caramel, Soft toffee, Coffee, Pistachio, Raspberry.
